As a teacher from both East and West, Astrid Pujari shares techniques and experiences to feel the joy and empowerment of knowing yourself as energy and light. • Mini-Retreat Series: take time once a quarter to step away and reflect, rejuvenate, and reinspire. 4 in-person mini-retreats once a quarter (online available, but less interactive)

• 4 special classes in which Dr. Pujari will share about energy and how it relates to healing, with discussion

• Online get-togethers with curated exercises for self-reflection and sharing

• Holiday in-person celebration

• Recordings available for all online classes
