Intuitive Coaching
About

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.

—Albert Einstein

We all desire a life of fulfillment and peace. Learning to develop and cultivate our inner knowing—or intuition—is one of the most powerful, effective ways to move into a life of  self-actualization and deep inner peace. However, because of modern society's emphasis on developing logic, our intuition can atrophy, and it can be hard to know what our intuition is telling us or have the courage to follow it.  Dr. Pujari has years of experience helping people to access and reconnect with that inner guide, in a logical, direct, friendly and practical way - so that you can live  a more fully balanced, joyful life.

Astrid Pujari, MD, is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. She  worked as a primary care physician for a number of years, and then for more than decade worked in her own private Integrative Medicine practice—integrating nutritional, herbal, and mind body therapies with traditional Western medicine.  Dr. Pujari has taught numerous classes and led many retreats focusing on meditation, and how to connect to your inner wisdom, for lay and medical audiences -  locally, nationally and internationally. She was featured as a mind-body consultant on Fox news, as well King-5 news, and several radio shows including the Dr. Pat Show. Currently, she is the medical director for the Center for Integrative Medicine at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.

Enjoy greater peace and deepen your relationship with your inner self with Astrid Pujari, MD, during this 7-day retreat in an Indian ashram. See the true heart of India through the eyes of an ashram – including traditional prayer ceremonies, meditation, time for contemplation, sharing and chanting.
